Our Story

From Personal Experience to Platform

EabhaSeq began with a personal experience of the limitations of current prenatal testing. When faced with the uncertainty and anxiety that comes with inconclusive or failed NIPT results, we saw firsthand how much families need better technology.

We discovered that the core algorithms used in NIPT today were developed in 2008 and have changed little since. Meanwhile, AI and machine learning have transformed nearly every other field of medicine. The gap between what is possible and what is currently available was striking.

We founded EabhaSeq to close that gap. By applying modern AI techniques to prenatal genomics, we can detect conditions earlier, reduce test failures, and ensure that every family — regardless of background — has access to accurate genetic screening.

How We Work

AI-First Development

We build on foundation models and machine learning from the ground up, not as an afterthought. Our technology represents a fundamental advance over statistical methods developed 15 years ago.

We believe in advancing prenatal genomics through open collaboration. Our synthetic data tools will be made available to the research community, enabling reproducible science worldwide.
