Drop labelled FASTQ into an analysis pipeline to test callers, train models, or regression-check software. They are computational files with ground-truth labels, not vials of plasma.
Locked proof, stated with the experiment that produced it: a classifier trained only on synthetic data reached AUC 0.87 on real karyotyped T21 (Lun et al. 2014, p = 0.002, 26 unique samples). WisecondorX detected synthetic T21/T18/T13 at 8% foetal fraction on a synthetic euploid reference panel — not a clinical panel, and not claimed at 2% FF.
